Your Reiki Session: A Moment of Deep Rest

Your comfort and peace are our highest priority. We have created a safe and serene environment in our Flower Mound studio to help you fully relax and receive the benefits of your session.

  1. Conversation: We’ll begin with a brief, confidential conversation about what you’d like to focus on during your session.

  2. Comfort: You will rest on a comfortable massage table, draped with a soft blanket for warmth.

  3. The Session: As calming music plays, I will gently place my hands in a series of positions either lightly on or just above your body. There is no pressure or manipulation. Your only job is to relax and receive.

  4. The Experience: Everyone experiences Reiki differently. You may feel a gentle warmth, coolness, or a subtle tingling sensation. Some people see colors or have intuitive insights, while many simply drift into a deeply peaceful, meditative state similar to sleep. There is no "right" way to experience it; the energy will go where it is most needed.
